In the five years of the company’s growing presence in the Baltics and Belarus, Colliers has provided consulting services for developments worth almost EUR 15 billion in the CRE market. The brokerage team has negotiated over 305 thousand sqm of space and land, including the largest single transactions in the region’s office (GE Money and Nordea) and logistics (DHL) segments. The valuation specialists have evaluated over 27 million sqm of space and land including portfolio evaluations for leading development and financial companies. The Capital Advisory Department has proposed properties worth EUR 25 billion for investment and sale.
