Patrick Simon

Graduate of the „ Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees“. Patrick has master‘s degree in Public Law. From 1994 he is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

 

Previous experience : Director of the property departement of Banque Privee de Gestion Financiere, responsible for study and management of Institutional Investors‘  investments. In the 1980‘s, he created and developed the first  Business Parks network in France which attracted more than 1000 companies on 16  sites in the main french cities Successively Chairman of four publicly quoted companies, he created and managed from 1988 two international investment funds, Pallas Fonciere Europe and Pallas European Property Fund; Managing Director of Property Valuation & Consulting departement in Colliers International (France)and, then, in Atisreal France (BNPParibas Group).

Past-president of the Association of French Property Valuation Companies, he was a board member of TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers Associations) . Now, Patrick is  working for Colliers International in Baltic States and, as a consultant , was involved in the majority of the recent concept studies and valuation tasks in Lithuania.
