Mihails has studied at the University of Cambridge (UK) and Dominguez Hills (US, California). He has held management positions in the fields of investment and development of commercial real estate projects. Mihails joined Colliers International in early 2004 and is the founder of Colliers Int. branch in Baltic States. Under his supervision the offices in Lithuania and Latvia have succeeded extremely good results in very short time period. As an active member of international corporate structures (CICSE, ECAG) Mihails uses his understanding on the local and global market both participating in development of individual projects and making an impact on general commercial real estate market conditions in Baltic’s according to international standards.
During the last 2 years Colliers International in the Baltic States has been involved on the development consulting phase in 30 different projects with different profiles, including mix-use and large scale industrial schemes. Mihails has organized and leaded from Colliers International side several due-diligence procedures – with total value more then EUR 500 mln, including valuation of the biggest retail portfolio in the Baltic States. Valuation value and volume for the valuations that has been done in Baltic States by July 1st, 2006, nearly reaches 0,5 billion euros, exceeds 1,5 million sqm land, is around 0,4 million sqm building premises.
